Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, including counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
