Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our coffee shop and bakery operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
