Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our coffee shop and bakery are adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our coffee shop and bakery are fast-paced environments that require strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
