Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our coffee shop and bakery operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and be physically demanding.
