Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Black Tar Corp. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support for recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
