We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Black Tar Corp.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including benefits enrollment and orientation
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations
  • Provide support for benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA
  • Assist with performance management, including goal setting and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
