Job Summary

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our HR team and leaders in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training.

This role will play a pivotal part in upholding our luxury brand image through exceptional HR practices and supporting the development of a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and processes
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our HRIS system
  • Review and audit team member files, certifications, and work permits
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members and candidates
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • ~ 1+ years' experience in human resources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Documents
  • Experience with UKG – Ultimate Software is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law matters, with a commitment to diversity management
