Job Summary

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our HR team and leaders in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training.

This role will play a pivotal part in upholding our luxury brand image through exceptional HR practices and supporting the development of a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless HR processes and support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and reviewing candidate applications.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, certifications, and work permits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • ~ 1+ years' experience in human resources, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Documents, with experience in HRIS systems a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law matters, with a commitment to diversity management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
