We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Instant Gold Refining Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
