At Brandt, we are seeking a talented leader to fill the position of Regional Customer Support Sales Director for the South Central Ontario region. As a key player in driving growth and development of our product support program, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic objectives and foster customer engagement.

This role entails owning regional business plans, directing CSA's to promote product support initiatives, managing processes such as call reporting and CRM, and analyzing sales and margin data to identify opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and industry expertise in the heavy equipment business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of regional sales strategies and annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Educating and guiding CSA's on promoting product support initiatives within the region.
  • Management of CSA processes, including call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Supporting CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
  • Establishing key KPIs for CSA's and measuring performance on a monthly basis.
  • Analyzing and implementing coverage for the region.
  • Direct engagement with larger accounts to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
  • Providing insights on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing product promotion.
  • Maintaining market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  • Analysing sales and margin data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Guiding the performance of CSA's and branches through analysis of reports and providing actionable feedback.
  • Identifying new product opportunities and working with internal teams to supply.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and industry-leading customer experience among CSA's and branches.

Requirements:

  • Sales management and the ability to drive the sales process from inception to close.
  • Strong industry expertise and knowledge in the heavy equipment business, specifically in repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain relationships with key customers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail-oriented, and conscientious with a drive to 'win'.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to drive results through motivating and influencing.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
