Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Wainbee Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and developing strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business clients to identify new sales opportunities and build trust.
  • Negotiation: Manage negotiations of sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Operations: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills: Salesforce, leadership, relationship building, negotiation, operations management, customer service.
