About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to join our team at Finest Digital Consulting Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members and clients, utilizing your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Answer electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, paying close attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an administrative assistant.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
