The ABBY LABOUR CONTRACTOR LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our company.
About the JobThis is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings; prepare minutes and agendas.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Schedule appointments and manage contracts to maintain excellent customer service.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve issues promptly.
In addition to your exceptional organizational skills, you should be proficient in typing, data entry, and basic computer applications. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
