Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our hotel, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
