Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
