Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations, including front desk duties, room management, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media management and event planning.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
