Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including front desk duties, room management, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth, including negotiating with suppliers and clients.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize hotel performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
