Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our hotel operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Operations: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the hotel operates within budget.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:

The Hotel Manager will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and suppliers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
