Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
