Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Am Pm Convenience Store. As an integral part of our operations, this role will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
About the RoleThis permanent position offers 35 hours of work per week and provides a stable work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to our team members, including responding to emails and phone calls, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
