Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at ASTRO DENTAL ART.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and staff members;
- Managing training and development strategies to enhance employee performance;
- Responding to telephone calls, relay messages, and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions;
- Overseeing the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
- Arranging travel, itineraries, and making reservations to ensure seamless business operations;
- Greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas;
- Preparing and editing correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain a professional image;
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience;
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset;
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word software packages;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff members;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Knowledge of government programs and regulations related to employment.
