Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Monarch Hall in Riverview, New Brunswick. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan resident care, implementing and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with medical professionals and care conferences.
- Provide leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Administer and record prescribed medication, maintaining accurate and complete documentation and reporting.
- Apply dressings and treatments according to physician's orders and policy.
- Assist with supervision and evaluation of job performance and behavior of other health care staff.
- Active registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid CPR & First Aid or BLS Certification.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
