Food Service Manager

Jungle Jim's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead a team of cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Inspect food and service to ensure they meet our high standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members on food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Work Environment: Jungle Jim's Restaurant is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong communication and leadership skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work closely with our kitchen and dining staff to ensure exceptional service and quality food.

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
