Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
  • College/CEGEP diploma in restaurant or food services management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
