Employee Benefit Sales Representative

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, both independently and as part of a team, to support the growth of our employee benefits business.
- Strategize and refine sales approaches to target market prospects.
- Develop and implement effective cold-calling strategies to attract new customers and set personal quotas.
- Maintain a proven track record of adapting to changing market conditions and refining sales approaches accordingly.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills to efficiently navigate our CRM program.
Requirements
- Licence in Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree an asset.
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques.
- A resilient team player with a positive attitude and driven to achieve results.
- A hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality to proactively seek and close new business opportunities.
