This salary range includes competitive base pay, commissions, and a vehicle allowance. With uncapped earning potential, you will have the opportunity to increase your income based on your sales performance.

Job Description

As a Field Sales Specialist at Rogers Communications, you will play a critical role in selling home services to customers face-to-face in their neighborhoods. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements.

You will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and provide excellent service to our customers. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish connections with customers, clients, and team members through clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Sales Motivation: Ability to thrive in a revenue-driven environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Solution Focus: Negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
  • Time Management: Experience managing schedules and booking client meetings.
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License: You must hold a valid Canadian driver's license.
  • Vehicle for Business Use: You must own a reliable vehicle for regional business use.
