We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at KPMG-Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Workday Talent solutions for our clients across various industries.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Talent Management. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Talent solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' specific needs and business goals.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, develop customized solutions, and deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in Talent Management, including career development, succession planning, and performance cycles, will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management
  • Strong knowledge of Talent software solutions, such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
  • Experience working with ERP systems and implementation methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
