About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting and Analytics expert to join our team. As a trusted Workday HCM Reporting authority, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with strategic advice, standard methodology mentorship, and feature demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Workday Success Plans services, including optimization packages, ask-an-expert requests, webinars, and collaboration crews.
  • Build and maintain Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on sophisticated designs and configurations.
  • Develop and deliver Workday Success Plan services.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timeline, and scope of the engagement.
  • Ensure clients take advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate a deployment approach/strategy.
  • Participate in update training and other events to share product skills with other consultants.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets. You will have demonstrable understanding of professional services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software in the Cloud.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.
  • 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics solutions.
Other Qualifications
  • Ability to work multi-functionally as a virtual team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program.
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar software applications.
  • Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects).
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL.
  • Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday Financials, Workday Reporting.
