Catering Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at Mid East Food Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Supervise staff and ensure they meet health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best deals
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our catering services
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
