Assistant Catering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at Carleton University. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for the management and execution of daily catering events and functions.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and that our clients receive exceptional service. You will work closely with the Catering Manager and other team members to plan and execute events, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a valid driver's license.
