We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Nu-Way Personnel Inc. in the field of human resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs, ensuring that the company's workforce is adequately staffed to meet business objectives.
  • Notice and Advertisements: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including social media and job boards.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applications from qualified candidates, evaluating their skills and experience against the requirements of the position.
  • Interviews and Selection: Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates, assess their suitability for the role, and make recommendations to management.
  • Job Offers and Onboarding: Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A college diploma or certificate in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Holidays: 2 weeks paid vacation per year, plus statutory holidays.
