Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing our workforce to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scheduling strategies to meet business needs and optimize labor costs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee schedules, time-off requests, and attendance
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels and effective resource allocation
  • Communicate scheduling changes and updates to employees and management
  • Monitor and analyze scheduling metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in scheduling, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
