Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of menu items and specials.
- Coordinate inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and waste reduction initiatives.
- Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menus, update existing ones, and implement seasonal changes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Recruit and onboard new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
