We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at TKR Restaurant West Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cook with leadership skills to oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of cooks.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including meal preparation, food safety, and inventory management. They will also train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

In addition to managing kitchen operations, the Culinary Operations Manager will also be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They must be available to work shift or on-call hours and be legally able to work in Canada.
