The Westin Bayshore Vancouver seeks a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, this individual will be responsible for managing the daily kitchen utility operations and staff.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Alternatively, they may hold a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional customer service standards. They will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors, Health Department representatives, and other stakeholders.

This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also be able to operate and maintain all department equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order at all times.

In terms of salary, we are offering a competitive annual salary range of $58,000 to $77,000. This figure takes into account the location of the role, as well as the required skills and qualifications.
