About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer account inquiries, providing guidance and support to customers, and developing customer-focused programs to enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert guidance and support to customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  3. Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Partner with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reporting to management.
Requirements
  1. University degree and/or related professional work experience.
  2. At least two years of business relationship management experience.
  3. Previous experience in a customer service, billing, or sales role.
  4. High level of proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  6. Advanced knowledge of organizational practices, procedures, products, and services.
