Client Relations Coordinator Role at beBee Professionals

**Job Summary**

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Client Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
* Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
* At least two years of experience in customer service or client relations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
