Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer account inquiries and providing guidance to customers on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to customers on our products and services, using your knowledge of customer environments, influences, and business challenges to enhance customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain rapport with customers to create and retain customer loyalty.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Partner with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- University degree and/or related professional work experience.
- At least two years of business relationship management experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service, billing, or sales role.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of organizational practices, procedures, products, and services.
- Ability to effectively interact with business partners and communicate with various levels of organizational management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Customer-focused, assertive personality.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
