About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer account inquiries and providing guidance to customers on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  4. Process Improvement: Partner with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to internal teams on customer service best practices and product knowledge.

Requirements
