Commercial Sales Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Analyst to join our team in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and expertise in commercial banking.

About the Role

This role involves reviewing and analyzing financial statements, assessing the financial standing of commercial properties, borrowers, and guarantors, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing and drafting letters and documents.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or residential banking, with proven experience in financial analysis and credit risk assessment, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and risks
  • Assess the financial standing of commercial properties, borrowers, and guarantors to inform lending decisions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Prepare and draft letters and documents to facilitate commercial deals
Requirements
