Executive Assistant - Commercial Banking

Job Summary:

As an Executive Assistant - Commercial Banking, you will provide high-level administrative support to two or more Executives and their direct reports. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day executive calendars and activities, planning and coordinating department events, and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate department events, meetings, and conferences
  • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to Executives
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Provide administrative support to Executives and their direct reports

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/professional support function
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
