Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at BC LTD.

This is a full-time permanent position, with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Additionally, the Office Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
