Job Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support for our commercial and residential real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the property management team, including rent collection, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  2. Assist with tenant communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  3. Prepare and distribute documentation, including lease agreements and reports.
  4. Process invoices and purchase orders.
  5. Assist with budget management, including preparing and reviewing financial reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation and regulations.
  7. Maintain and update internal databases.
  8. Assist with facility management, maintenance, and leasing activities.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive office culture.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property administration, preferably with exposure to both commercial and residential assets.
  2. Strong financial acumen and general accounting knowledge.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Technical skills in MS Office and real estate-specific software programs.
  7. Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
