- Ensure Response to Trouble Calls: Ensure a prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
