Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met and contracts are administered effectively.
  • Manage Property Services: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise Support Staff: Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor Progress and Costs: Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as required.
  • Ensure Response to Trouble Calls: Ensure a prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
