Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

The Property Administrator will be responsible for negotiating and approving leases on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Manage Property Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property services, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This will involve coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Compile and Maintain Records

The Property Administrator will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate records of operating expenses and income. This will involve preparing and submitting reports to management and clients as required.

Ensure Compliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all property management activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a property management or related role is required.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
