About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at HighView Partners Inc. as a key member of our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional tenant services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage accounting administration, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee office management, maintaining a cohesive workflow and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support, aiding in the smooth execution of daily activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in property administration or related office work.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with property management software such as JDE, Yardi, or SAP is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property management terminology, principles, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approachable demeanor and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
