Job Summary

Chad Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our portfolio, ensuring the smooth management of our office, retail, and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, rent collection, and coordination of repairs and renovations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the work of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit financial reports to the property owner, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Budget Administration: Administer the property's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the property is managed in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
