Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Will train.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting is a restaurant environment.
