Restaurant Supervisor with Food Services Expertise

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality control standards and exceeding customer expectations. This role will involve supervising a team of 1 to 2 people, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant has adequate stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs, providing regular reports to management.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train, but 1-2 years of experience in food services or a related field is an asset.
Language: English is the primary language of communication, and proficiency in English is required.
