Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and controlling inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and food quality. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
